Unique IT Training is the product of 2 decades worth of development and evolution. Original Cerco Training Ltd born at the inception of the IT Industry from Granada Services in 1997-98. Cerco sort to train people in a practical and residential way to provide candidates that were both logical and Technical but also had the interpersonal skills and attitude company's wanted from their employees. Soon the organisation realised that people wanted assistance in finding work following the courses. Cerco IT Training & Recruitment Ltd was born. 

In 2003 the company was acquired by its current owner. Under this guidance the company set up a Recruitment Division headed by its own Director. The company started to forge Recruitment relations with many SME's as well as some huge blue chip I.T organisations. It was soon realised that the Training side of the business was creating candidates that customers craved. The candidates had not simply taken an IT Qualification but trained practically and residentially to be as good as they could be. The Recruitment business experienced exceptional growth to the point where the Training side could no longer supply the number of candidates needed.

So in 2009 Unique IT Training Ltd was established alongside Cerco IT (staffing solutions) Ltd. Unique would continue to sell the advanced CompTIA Training they had become well known for and Cerco would be a stand-alone Recruitment Business with a difference. The Training for entry level staff would now be offered Free of Charge by Cerco. Candidates are stringently evaluated in person with those perceived the best are then invested in. When offering £2999 of training for free Cerco can be highly critical and selective. Candidates still have to find money for accommodation, travel and sustenance. They give up two weeks to undertake the training with no guarantee of work after. This in turns provides the quality of candidate Cerco have become known for. This has allowed the business to grow by approximately 60% against last year.
